A key part of the TSS GBL’s strategic transformation is the build-up and delivery of a Payments Platform as a Service (PPaaS), internally code-named IN>DX. IN>DX’s ambition is to build a world-class, cloud-based Payments Platform as a Service (PPaaS) that empowers our ecosystem of clients and partners to offer their merchant customers state-of-the-art payment and commerce solutions available anytime, anywhere.
JOB PURPOSE/MISSION:
The mission of the Marketing Director is to lead and implement the marketing and growth strategy for Worldline TSS’s new ‘Payments Platform as a Service’ (PPaaS) In>DX solution, driving all Marketing and Sales enablement activities. This role will support the launch of the solution in 2021 and subsequent growth phases by developing and implementing impactful marketing plans and programs. The Marketing Director will build, manage and coach a high-performing marketing team. Key duties of the job include strategic planning; product positioning; planning and execution of marketing operations; brand strategy and external communications; demand generation and sales enablement activities; implementation and management of TSS’s global Partner program; market intelligence.
In this role, the Marketing Director should be a strong contributor to the execution of the overall strategic and business objectives for the PPaaS offering. He/she will ensure that Sales teams and regional commercial entities have the products, solutions and support required to achieve their sales and profitability targets. The Marketing Director will actively partner with In>Dx and TSS leadership to identify and prioritize new areas of growth. The Marketing Director will work with cross-functional teams at group and country levels.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibility for the annual marketing plan, budget and execution Create and maintain best-in-class PPaaS sales enablement and marketing tools for internal and external audiences Manage demand generation activities that meet business objectives and drive leads Implement and manage TSS’s global partner and developer program Develop branding, product identity and brand awareness initiatives and deliver the PPaaS external communication plan maintaining corporate brand standards and compliance across all marketing and communications channels, Develop PPaaS product pricing and positioning strategies in line with market conditions and PPaaS revenue and profitability objectives Influence present and future products by determining and evaluating current and future market trends; Drive annual 3-year plan market and revenue modelling, identifying potential external investment targets and building growth scenariosMaintain and share extensive and up-to-date knowledge of current market conditions (competition, innovation, market, directing and supporting research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data

Languages :

Education qualifications / Experience requirements:
10+-yr experience in sales and marketing in technology/services companies, preferably in a SaaS environmentExcellent understanding of the electronic payments industry and acquiring/merchant services value chain and related mid-term issues
