Assistant Marketing Manager




We are currently looking for an Assistant Marketing Manager to join our Marketing and Recruitment Department. This is a permanent and full-time position that will be based at our Europe Campus in Fontainebleau, France.


Reporting to the Associate Director Product Marketing, the Assistant Marketing Manager will primarily support the Degree Programmes Marketing team to develop and implement marketing activities and specific projects to promote the core Degree Programme portfolio including INSEAD Summer School, Business Foundations Course (BFC), Master in Management (MIM), Master in Business Administration (MBA), Global Executive MBA (GEMBA) and Tsinghua INSEAD Executive MBA (TIEMBA).




Key Responsibilities will include:




Campaign coordination: Assist in the planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives. This includes managing timelines, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors, and tracking campaign performance.

Market research: Assist in conducting and analyzing market research findings and making recommendations based on the results.

Content creation: Contribute to the creation of marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, blog posts, social media content, and other promotional materials.

Digital marketing support: Assist in managing digital marketing channels such as websites, social media platforms, email marketing, and online advertising.

Relationship management: Collaborate with internal teams, external agencies, vendors, and stakeholders to support marketing initiatives. Build and maintain relationships with partners to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.

Brand management: Assist in maintaining brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels. Help enforce brand guidelines and standards to ensure a unified and compelling brand image.

Project management: Assist in coordinating and managing marketing projects, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and within budget. Help with prioritizing and organizing workloads to meet deadlines.


To be successful in this role, you should have:



A Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma.
A Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, with experience working with global brands.
Proficiency in digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and content creation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal skills and stakeholder management capabilities.
Analytical mindset with the ability to analyse data and make data-driven decisions.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse global team environment.
Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and Microsoft Office Suite; Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop will be advantageous.
