Job Description A Marketing Manager role is available at one of the world’s biggest fragrance and flavor companies, IFF. This position offers the opportunity to experience a fast-paced industry and a chance to create work for both new and established fragrance brands.
IFF is looking for a Marketing Manager to support the reactive and proactive sales of fragrances. This role creatively integrates market data and analysis, macro/micro and emerging lifestyle trends, consumer insights, and product, brand and competitive intelligence to deliver best in class services to our customers. The successful candidate will demonstrate expertise in project management, communication, presentation and influencing skills and brand understanding.
Key tasks:
Identifying and leverage key social, product, brand and olfactive trends to help build marketing rationale and concepts. Co-create with development and sales team influential noteworthy story-telling Support sales team during customers meetings Writing fragrance & ingredient descriptions, marketing concepts and perfumer interviews to support fragrance candidates. Analyzing and present sales data to support creative marketing presentations. Understanding and use IFF corporate capabilities to differentiate IFF from competitors

Job Requirements The role requires a person with a passion for fragrance, brands and trends.
Excellent teamwork skills and ability to work well with cross disciplinary teams Strong verbal & written communication skills including presentations Strong interpersonal skills High energy: high work volume / pressure Agility: flexible and able to change priorities Proactive initiative Professional level of English Strong knowledge in PowerPoint Required Experience:
Higher education graduate At least 4 years’ experience in the Beauty and/or Luxury industry (Fragrance is preferred)
