Qualifications
Strategy and operations experience, including 3+ years leading strategic or business performance initiatives and/or organizational change initiatives. Consulting experience at one of the big firms desired,
Previous experience in a software as a service (Saas) company and proven capability to lead organisations through growth stages within the business lifecycle
Proven experience ensuring growth and revenue goals are achieved and able to balance both the short- and long-term strategy
Excellent leadership skills.
Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix environment and ability to both influence and develop strong partnerships at all levels.
Strong communicator who knows how to translate analysis into business insights, and communicate objectives, plans, status and results clearly.
Solutions-oriented, with a track record of identifying and implementing creative solutions.
Excellent communication skills, including business writing and presentations.
MBA desirable
Responsibilities
Partner with sales and marketing and other cross functional teams to drive offering strategy and execution, including vision, strategic initiatives, go-to-market and commercialization strategy, and execution.
Set and monitor performance KPIs to measure strategic initiatives performance (retention), product outcomes and business performance.
Build operational rigor and operational processes in cross-functional teams to ensure sustainably results delivery over time.
Develop and drive new ideas to be implemented for scaling the business in France
