The Marketing Manager will report to and work closely with the Marketing Director EMEA. The France - Belgium EMEA Marketing Manager is responsible for the strategic B2B marketing plan development and execution for the defined countries while ensuring alignment with the company’s overall GTM strategy and messaging. The job requires regular communication with EMEA and corporate marketing team members and requires good campaign and lead generation management skills and good PR experience. Potential to drive events and campaigns for EMEA countries/regions a as well. The Marketing Manager for France - Belgium EMEA, will be also part of marketing projects at EMEA and international level. Job location is central Paris.

Responsibilities

Responsible for regional strategic marketing plan development including budgeting and plan execution Managing B2B marketing programs with strong focus on lead generation: campaigns, events, customer marketing initiatives, ABM, digital Coordinating with business development, alliances and sales teams for the related countries Overlooking the PR plan execution Lead, develop and manage the events to ensure delivery is professional, timely and cost effective Managing marketing related vendors such as PR agency, telemarketing agencies Liaising with sales teams for arranging customer references, completion of RFI’s/RFQs Marketing research and segmentation Liaise with relevant customers and other relevant individuals who are involved in marketing programmes and required for sales, PR and analysts. Liaise with partners involved in co-marketing activities where appropriate and ensuring communication of relevant marketing programmes Overseeing database management Internal communication including reporting on activities, progress and results ROI analysis for marketing activities and budget tracking – updating Salesforce Willingness to travel (Up to 30%).

Qualifications

Graduate, preferably in marketing or business-related discipline Strong post-graduate experience in B2B marketing, branding, and PR/communications Strong project management and organization skills, attention to detail, ability to prioritise and manage multiple and competing demands in timely and professional manner Creativity and demonstrated ability to think innovatively and quickly Energetic and results-oriented individual with strong “can do attitude” Ability and desire to work in fast-moving, constantly-changing environment Must speak and write English fluently. Native French speaking is required. Knowledge of a third language among the following is welcome: Italian, Spanish, Dutch, Arabic Very strong communication skills Excellent IT and analytical skills including knowledge of Digital Marketing and Social platforms Previous experience of working both independently (with remote management) and in teams across Europe

Desirable Skills/Experience:

Experience in working in a company with US headquarters Experience of working in IT/software/application sectors Knowledge of Salesforce and Marketo applications
