Are you passionate about painting the vision of how human potential can be unlocked through Learning? As a Content Specialist in Professional Learning at Wiley you will play a critical role in achieving the overall marketing goals.

You will work closely with the Content Manager to create an editorial strategy and support a publishing calendar to feed our thought leadership platforms that includes blog articles, e-mail, newsletters, podcasts, and webinars.

How you will make an impact:

Plan and execute podcasts in coordination with Social Media Specialist
Manage budgets and vendor invoices 
Coordinate with Brand / Product leads to create content strategies that support campaigns 
Manage all content creation projects with copywriter/agency
Work with content agency or graphic designers to create visuals for campaigns and other content 
Be the gatekeeper for other content submissions 
Work with internal experts to come up with original content ideas for the blog and coordinate editing / publication
Optimize SEO of content in English (and preferably French)
Coordinate the integration of articles on the company blog 
Coordinate with Field Marketers to localize content 
Coordinate with Social Media Specialist to promote content 
Monthly reporting and analysis of content data 
Work with Field Marketers to create and publish client case studies.

What we look for:

Bachelor’s degree required
A minimum of 3 years of experience managing content in a corporate/marketing context
Strong organizational and analytical skills, with ability to prioritize tasks
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Dynamic candidate who demonstrates success in working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders
Fluency in French and English – Any other language is a big asset.
