The Enterprise Planning & Analytics (EPA) Change & Communications Senior Manager, Change, Communications, & Training (CCT) is responsible for supporting the development and execution of the change management and communications strategy for the Planning & Forecasting initiative, which is part of the Enterprise Planning & Analytics (EPA) workstream, a key transformation project underway in the Finance Solutions & Training (FS&T) organization. This role works directly with the FS&T Change & Communications Project Lead, Regional CCT Leads and the EPA Leadership Team. This role is critical in supporting alignment with the overarching change management strategy and plan for a valued segment of a global multi-year transformation journey for Finance and beyond.


The primary focus will be to support the implementation of the Finance roadmap plans through successful minimum viable product (MVP) deployment cycles within EPA’s Planning & Forecasting process areas in order to maximize employee engagement and minimize employee resistance. This individual will engage closely with key stakeholders within the Planning & Forecasting teams to support stakeholder and change impact assessments and the development and execution of the change strategy to enable sustainment of new ways of working in Finance. 


To be successful, this team member will model best practices in change leadership and be able to influence and build trust among key stakeholders at all levels. This individual will help coordinate and maintain an integrated and global view of the FS&T and EPA change & communications plans by providing the Planning & Forecasting inputs. This role allows J&J to disseminate cohesive language to maintain transparency and maximize employee engagement.


Key Responsibilities:
•    Understand, identify, and document stakeholder assessments and change impacts for the Planning & Forecasting workstream and provide critical input into the training curriculum. 
•    Develop and execute change management, communications and stakeholder engagement plan and activities for each MVP release for Planning & Forecasting
•    Work closely with the FS&T Change & Communications Project Lead, Regional CCT Leads, and the EPA Leadership Team to ensure consistency of messaging and content as related to Planning & Forecasting across regions
•    Work closely with Technology and Process Project Leads to understand communication and change management needs for Planning & Forecasting


Qualifications


Education:
•    BA/BS required, preferably in a field related to Finance, Economics, Change Management and/or Communications. Graduate degree preferred.


Experience and Skills:
Required:
•    Minimum of 8 years of change management and communications experience within a large-scale, transformational business environment is required
•    Thorough understanding of change delivery methodologies and tools is required
•    Experience in performing business readiness activities, including stakeholder management and communication planning and delivery, preferably for a Finance function
•    Excellent at building strong relationships with peers and with other stakeholders to influence others and move toward a common vision is required
•    High-level knowledge of large-scale EPA and SAP systems, specifically how the adoption of such may affect employees at all levels
•    Strong writing and oral communication skills, and comfort in presenting to audiences of varying stakeholders
•    Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations with flexibility and adaptability
•    Team-oriented attitude and ability to work collaboratively with and through others 


Travel:
Up to 10% Travel – domestic and international.


The base pay range for this position is $113,000 - $195,500.
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs.  Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan.  The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/ performance year.  Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
