Reporting to the EMEA Senior Marketing Manager, the Marketing Manager is responsible for the EMEA cements product portfolio. The successful candidate will cooperate with a cross-functional commercial team and the Country Marketing Managers to deliver innovative marketing initiatives that will accelerate above-market growth.

The Manager will be responsible for the development and delivery of all marketing initiatives associated with the product portfolio. Responsibilities will include developing and owning the EMEA business plan, downstream commercial/Marketing strategies and tactics, new product launch execution, outbound marketing content and innovative business solutions to address emerging market trends.

The Manager will provide decisive leadership in all areas of the marketing mix related to branding, market segmentation, customer insights, product positioning, KOL engagement, and competitive dynamics.

This individual will be responsible for:
Developing and executing annual business plans to guide the commercial organization.
Developing new product launch plans that maximize launch revenue for several anticipated launches in next 18 months.
Maximizing sales growth and profitability of the product portfolio.
Coordinating with the professional education, sales training, sales operations and global marketing teams to maximize effectiveness of all marketing plans and tactics.
Providing marketing leadership, support and expertise across the organization; including regional input into product development, driving customer insights, and customer insight to cross functional teams.
Working closely with communications, regulatory, and compliance to effectively navigate the internal and external environment to achieve desired results.

Qualifications

Minimum 6 years business experience including a minimum of 4 years of marketing experience is required. At least 2 years of prior leadership experience is preferred. Prior product launch experience is required. Experience in the Dental market is preferred. Demonstrated marketing skills creating value propositions, strategies, and upstream / downstream marketing plans that succeed in a dynamic market are required. Strategic data-driven decision making experience is required, demonstrated by contingency planning, and building a “big picture” vision. Demonstrated leadership and influencing skills in a matrix organization is preferred. Knowledge of customer insights, including (VOC) voice of the customer is required. Experience with customer segmentation is preferred. New product development process experience is preferred. Demonstrated track record of creating & executing marketing programs is required. Strong oral, written and presentation skills to effectively communicate and influence a cross functional team are required. Education:
Bachelor's degree from a 4-year college or university required.
MBA and dental/medical device industry experience preferred.
