The Digital Workplace Go-to-Market Manager (DWP GTM) is in charge of developing a GTM strategy for Konica Minolta digital workplace solutions.

What is a Go-to-market (GTM) Strategy?

A Go-to-market strategy is different from a typical marketing product strategy. A typical marketing strategy outlines tactics that satisfy the demand for a product you already introduced to your market. In contrast, a Go-to-market strategy is short-term and involves research, planning and strategy for a product or service you have not yet launched. IT provides a clear plan for how to introduce a new product to your ideal customers. Go-to-market strategies are not just for new product launches, however. They can also help you launch your product into a new market segment, re-launch your brand or improve existing product sales.

In summary, a Go-to-market (GTM) strategy is a comprehensive action plan that outlines the approach and steps to attract and win new customers, enter new markets, increase market share and achieve projected sales and marketing goals, revenue and ROI.

A comprehensive Go-To-Market plan is a combination of four components :
- The Pricing and Promotion (P&P) strategy.
- The Channel strategy.
- The Lead generation strategy.
- The Marketing Communications (Mar-Comms) strategy Scope of work The Digital Workplace Go-to-Market Manager (DWP GTM) is in charge of GTM and business development of Konica Minolta Digital Workplace solutions (Global managed IT services like remote monitoring, Backup, Virtual private cloud hosting or services around public cloud solution etc.). Konica Minolta Digital Workplace solutions include on premise, hybrid and cloud solutions and associated software and services. The DWP GTM Manager is in charge of launching Konica Minolta solutions at French, cluster south and European levels. The DWP GTM Manager supports country roll out teams to make sure entire marketing package delivered by European Product managers, will cover all requested needs to penetrate each national market (MKT deliverables, contractual terms & conditions, order, delivery and support process, sales commissioning schemes, sales channels...). He works closely with each domain's experts. The Digital Workplace Go-to-Market Manager :.
- Develops addditionnal marketing tools or training materials if necessary.
- Works on digital campaign scenarios and identify key differentiators or the offer to launch and build specific launch communication around those.
- Contributes to sales development across different distribution channels from Konica Minolta.
- Follows sales and analyses results to suggest and build appropriated sales acceleration solutions (incentives, promotions, trainings etc.).
- Animates a European community of peers, in each country, where he shares best practice and customer success cases.
- Requests market analysis and survey the market to identify new opportunities, or verticalize existing offers.
- Interacts with Business owner team based in Sweden, Product manager & service team based in Germany to foresee future Digitals Workplace solutions development (DWP). A propos de vous.

- Experience in international business, with strong communication skills - Fluent French and spoken and written English. Other European language might BE a bonus.
- Project management in transversal mode & in fast changing environment; - Knowledge in Microsoft ecosystem and offers : M365, Azure - Skills in cloud offer launch and commercialization : Business models, ROI.
- Business understanding and relational skills are very important.
- Knowledge in following areas : Remote monitoring, backup, Security, Cloud - Ability to question oneself and listen to others - Business oriented spirit and pugnacity.
- Education path :.
- Graduated from Engineering or business school or high degree of university, an MBA might BE a bonus.
- You are already experimented in Marketing or consulting, or presales, in IT domain, with strong business orientation.
- You worked in Systems Integrators, Software vendors, Consulting or service provider companies. You have a 5-year-proven experience in one of those domains and you want to expand you path. If you have good language skills, join us, we will train you on international career.
