The Senior Brand Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a marketing strategy with the main focus being in France although this role will lead and ensure consistency for the BU with the Iberian Marketing team.

This is a strategic role for our organization, reporting directly to the Senior Marketing Director France Iberia and is part to the MLT (Marketing Leadership team), managing a team of 4 employees.
Working in close cooperation with the Western Europe Marketing team and the global Group Product Development team, Marketing Consumer Experience team, the Digital / ecommerce team and the local Media agency.
Regular contact with French key customers and close collaboration with Key Account and Trade/Shopper team.
The France and Iberia marketing team’s mission is to build memorable LEGO experiences and this underpins everything that the team does. Currently LEGO France and Iberia Marketing has 4 different functions. Brand Marketing, Trade Marketing, PR Partnerships & Events and Digital. The Brand Marketing team defines, communicates and executes consumer and shopper strategy to ensure LEGO brand performance on the French and Iberia market.
Master’s Degree in Marketing or equivalent
8 years experience in brand marketing
Demonstrated experience in driving marketing strategy
Demonstrated experience in partner, client or account management
Experience across a variety of digital marketing tactics
Collaborative skills
Media experience
People and team leadership skills
Result oriented
Strategic and innovative thinking
Breakthrough innovative marketing campaigns
Customer mindset
English at an advanced level
