About You and this Role


Reporting to the Marketing Manager of Iberia and France, you will play a key role in executing a comprehensive marketing strategy to support the sales pipeline in France.  


As a member of the EMEAfield marketing team and working closely with your local sales, channel, and customer success leaders, you will contribute to sales growth in your region while benefiting from an opportunity to advance your career in a high-growth, international, and open source company.


Key Objectives & Responsibilities



Help plan & execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to support the company’s business objectives (e.g. revenue, qualified leads, brand presence, awareness) developing tactics to generate demand in the field, working closely with the sales team.
Analyze market trends to identify and suggest opportunities that will inform marketing strategies.
Execute a wide variety of events whether digital, hybrid or in-person (breakfast seminars, Annual Customer Summit, webinars, VIP events, industry events, Partner events, etc.) and seek for new opportunities to generate demand through third party events.
Localize global marketing content: ensure timely localization and translation of web content, emails and marketing collateral, while ensuring that content is up-to-date.
Track, measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, assess against goals (INQ, MAP, MQL, CW) and suggest improvements.
Manage social media channels for organic posts (Twitter, LinkedIn).
Work closely with the France Customer Success and Channel teams execute customer marketing and partner marketing initiatives.
Support the execution of Community events.


Required Qualifications



Degree in Marketing or Business, or comparable education/experience
2/4 years experience in Field Marketing/Channel Marketing (within IT industry a plus)
Familiarity and experience with Marketing Automation, CMS, CRM tools.
Digital Marketing and Social Media management skills
Fully comfortable working in French and English, both written and spoken
Ability to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines
Experience managing 3rd party providers  
Familiarity and experience with reporting tools and methodologies. 
Experience working with a global organization, collaborating across different cultures, time zones and geographies.
