Main Goal
The Global Sales & Operations Planning director manages all activities related to Supply Chain within the Business unit: Planning, Warehousing and Transportation. His/her overall responsibility and authority include making decisions on process, network optimization and organization in order to meet the global target in terms of customer satisfaction, cost to serve and working capital.
The Global Sales & Operations Planning is accountable for managing Demand planning, Supply planning, Capacity planning and Logistics’ planning activities on both the strategic and tactical horizon.

Accountabilities :
Coordinate the supply chain functions to :
Guarantee the global satisfaction of customer needs.
Optimize the global level of inventory and working capital.
Keep Supply Chain costs under control.
Guarantee adherence to the strategic plan.
Ensure regular and timely reporting to the leadership team to facilitate financial steering.
Ensure strategic guidelines are reflected in all planning and execution decisions.
Ensure compliance with existing regulation.
Responsibilities :
Lead the global S&OP process on both the strategic and tactical horizons. Establish and manage the S&OP process, systems, tools, and platforms in collaboration with HM. CLAUSE’s leadership team.
Propose the budget and strategic plan for the activities.
Follow-up decision implementation. Follow-up performance KPI’s, initiate and monitor action plan progress.
Interact regularly with cross-functional partners including manufacturing operations, customer service, distribution, finance, and quality to resolve issues regarding their areas of responsibility.
Works with sales department to determine most cost-effective distribution solution for finished goods transportation to customers.
Represent HM. CLAUSE at the LVS Supply Chain Forum.
Actively drive the recruitment, attraction, and retention of talent and the next generation of leadership and employees in supply chain expertise roles, partnering with HR and utilizing different programs in Talent Acquisition and HR Development
Profile
MBA or master’s degree in business, Engineering or Supply Chain Management.
10 years of experience in Supply Chain (Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Inventory Planning in an environment of both manufactured and sourced finished goods) and/or related supply chain management including design, implementation, and execution of S&OP related processes
APICS certification
Leadership in multi-cultural environments, operating effectively in an international matrix organization.
Ability to build and develop high performing teams and culture.
