ROLE DESCRIPTION
Maesa is looking for an Exclusive Brand and Consumer Marketing Manager with a strong passion for beauty and strong cross-managing skills to join our team at our Paris office.
Responsible for developing and promoting our exclusive brands (to start with : Flower, Kristin Ess, Inès de la Fressange) at speciality retailers in Europe, you will be the expert in creating and executing programs and initiatives in achieving the brands' global development and communication objectives.
As an expert in digital marketing and trade/consumer marketing, you will be focusing on building brand stories, media relations plans, corporate communication for brands you will be responsible for, through a strong network of PR, influencers, bloggers…
Reporting to the Marketing Director Europe, you will establish go-to-market strategies and you will ensure that new products launches are executed on time, and within the communication budget that you will manage.
REQUIRED PROFILE
5/7 years in cosmetics marketing with a strong focus on trade and digital marketing.
Graduate in MBA/MiM/MS degree in marketing
Have a passion for beauty
Strong understanding and experience in new forms of consumer interactions such as: e-business, social media, consumer online communities
Professional maturity
Good leadership skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Positive & 'Can do' Attitude
Team Player
Flexible in terms of adapting to changes or shifts in priorities
Bilingual French (fluent)/English (mother tongue or experience in an English-speaking-country) required
Travels in Europe required
