The Business Operations department's goal is to make the business teams more efficient and accelerate the business by leading key projects with the business leaders, building and improving the sales processes and tools, leading strong performance analysis, finding levers to achieve their objectives and solutions to the problems encountered.
The Global Operations Director will BE responsible for managing and growing a team of 9 Business operations managers for the Sales (SMB & Enterprise) as well as Supply (Community & Sourcing) teams. He/she will report to the VP Operations who reports to the CEO.
This is a highly strategic position at Malt. You will work with our Sales & Supply Directors, the Growth Director, the VP Data, the Product Directors and C-levels to accelerate our business.

Your missions :

Manage and grow a team of 9+ Business Operations Associates/Managers for the Sales (SMB & Enterprise) as well as Supply (Community & Sourcing) teams.
BE the business partner of Sales & Supply Directors and help them scale their team.
Lead strategic projects to improve business performance.
Improve the business tools and processes to help business teams sell more and faster, working closely with Product and Marketing teams.
Build strategic performance analysis to help Sales & Supply Directors identify blocking points and find levers of growth.
Help Malt open new countries across Europe, working closely with the General Manager Europe and VP Expansion.

Skills and experience :
10+ years of experience in operations or consulting and successful experience in team management.
Proven ability to manage complex projects.
Strong analytical skillsHands-on, likes to build tools and processes.
Problem-solving, well-organized and solution-oriented.
Ambitious and positive, always sees the glass half full.
Curious and team player.
Fluent in English

Hiring Process
- Screening with Hamza, our Talent Acquisition Manager, to better understand your background, aspirations and answer your questions (30 minutes).
- Interview with Sabine, our VP Operations to discuss your experience and the role in more detail (60 minutes).
- Home assignment to prepare and present in order to evaluate your strategic thinking regarding operations - To BE presented to our Director of Freelance Performance and GM Europe.
- Final interview with co-CEO Alexandre Fretti
- Coffee at the Paris office to meet the team and direct reports.
