The team

The Culture & Responsibility team (C&R) plays a key role to make ManoMano's People mission a reality. The C&R team is leading transversal cultural transformational topics across the company with the following mission : continuously shape a unique company where Manas and Manos are supported to thrive and engaged to build a better tomorrow !
Directly working with the Internal Communication Senior Lead, you participate in the creation and coordination of internal communications for all ManoMano's teams, in a creative, offbeat and effective way !

Missions :

Support the teams in their internal communications :
- Co-creation of written content (news from teams and HR) to BE shared internally on our various dedicated channels (Slack, Google Site, Mailchimp)
- Propose innovative internal communications with our values at heart to best support the different HR teams in the communication on their different projects Interface and centralization of information from the different HR divisions to have a 360° view of the current topics
Create the different visual assets to accompany the internal communications :
- Define the brief and the script with the teams, proposing new and innovative ideas
- Create the images, visuals and infographics with Adobe Suite
- Create short videos with PlayPay
Animate the internal communication channels :
- Manage and feed our intranet (Google Site) with fun and offbeat content, in line with our brand personality and our values
- Co-prepare the internal events with the Facility Management team : Company Meetings, team events... to ensure offering the best experience to our employees
- Benchmark the best practices in terms of internal and HR communication Monitor the monthly reporting

Profile required :
- You're in Master 1 or Master 2 Bac +4/5) with a specialization in Communication / Digital marketing / Graphic design
- You have a real interest in internal communication and have already worked on these topics
- You have graphic design skills (Illustrator, Indesign, Adobe Creative Suite, PlayPlay...)
- You speak and write English fluently and your spelling is impeccable
- You have rigor, organization and analytical skillsYou are creative, curious and proactive : you are not afraid to take initiatives and you know how to juggle several missions at the same time
- You are autonomous and adaptable : you are able to work in a constantly changing environment and on several projects at the same time
- You have great teamspirit : you like to collaborate and share your ideas
