As Global Brand Partnership Manager, you will manage current relationships with key brands at EU level and develop new partnerships with key decision makers. You will be in charge to coordinate the relationship between all countries, and make sure the global brand strategy is applied in each local market.



You have a good knowledge of the B2B sales process, are equipped with a strong analytical mind-set and have excellent long term relationship building skills:



Define and run Brand strategy at EU level 

Implement new partnerships with brands at EU level and coordinate the onboarding with the countries

Build and manage strong relationships with our key manufacturer partners

Negotiate key contracts to scale the relationships in all countries (Marketing, Contracts, promotion…)
Work closely with the Brand Account Managers in the countries (FR, IT, ES, UK, DE) to ensure a coherent and common strategy, harmonize the processes and share best practises

Drive sales and margin improvement of your portfolio
Accelerate the adoption of our value added services (marketing, sponsored products, logistics, billing, ...)
Provide business insights, training and manufacturer education
Analyze business performances and conduct in-depth analysis to identify growth opportunities

Help brands to prioritize business opportunities

Set yearly/quarterly/monthly objectives and action plans to achieve and exceed goals



Profile



A Master’s degree from a tier-one business/engineering school (or equivalent university education)
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in sales, buying, account management, or marketing/merchandising, preferably in eCommerce or Home Improvement industries

Fluent English and German required
Proven negotiation skills
Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and key partners
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively to C-level stakeholders

Data driven with strong analytical skills
Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint, SQL is a strong plus
Excellent digital culture
Autonomous and adaptable (able to work in a constantly changing environment
Curious (with) a strong desire to learn
Able to lead and carry ambitious projects
