Overview:
The Priceless Platform team operates with a start-up mentality within the broader Consumer Marketing team and Mastercard. The goal of this team is to build out the Priceless Platform to be the hub for all consumer-facing content across Mastercard for B2C (www.priceless.com), and a revenue-driving product solution for B2B2C (for Mastercard B2B customers who can leverage the Priceless Platform via API or co-branded microsite to engage their cardholders). Content creation & management plays a critical role to achieve our targets liked to Priceless Platform.
The Priceless Platform team is creating a new team fully dedicated to managing music. We are at the beginning of a new journey, and to start we are looking for a Manager to serve as a Project Lead for all related to content linked to music and go to market strategies, responsible for the following countries: France, plus overall coordination of operations in Belgium and Netherlands.
Our music program is focused on concerts pre-sales ticketing opportunities as well as priceless experiences creation & execution in the music space. And this role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end processes required to leverage our partnerships in the music passion space, as well as building the go to market strategies and plans for each concert opportunity (supporting Sales Team in the monetization objectives with B2B customers as well as market wide implementations and supporting local marketing teams in each market to deliver best in class content).
This new role is part of the Global Priceless Content team and will work with many stakeholders across the Priceless Platform team (including, but not limited to the sales leads, regional leads, country managers, production team, development team, and operations team) and the broader Mastercard organization (including, but not limited to legal, privacy, regional marketing, local marketing, customer account management, and data & services teams).
The Role:
• The selected candidate will report to the Global Content lead for priceless.com (based in Spain).
• The selected candidate will be the Project manager for the agreed go-to-market plans in the assigned countries, will define and execute the content strategies for the music program acting as the main point of contact for day-to-day operations, and will support sales teams in those markets where Priceless Platform is high priority as the distribution channel of our music strategic program.
• Define end-to-end processes to be implemented in the assigned markets to roll out a global music program as a key revenue driver.
• Work with market leads to identify sales opportunities for existing customers to increase revenue and usage of the platform in the music space.
• Collaborate with various internal teams (customers, partners, marketing, fulfillment, and accounting) to ensure seamless music content program launches and execution at country level.
• Develop holistic program and marketing strategy in partnership with the music partners and local markets.
• Develop communication guidelines around music content assets (for B2C and B2B2C, covering owned, earned, and paid media channels).
• Support and review marketing creative and facilitate legal and privacy approvals where necessary.
• Support sales teams in identifying and implementing B2B partnerships to monetize music content to generate revenues.
• Become proficient in the technology capabilities of the Priceless Platform to develop and present solutions to meet B2B music content monetization opportunities.
• The candidate will supervise all related operations in Belgium and Netherlands – These 2 countries will be managed by a Senior Analyst based in Amsterdam
All About You:
• The ideal candidate is passionate about the consumer experience journey, highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset.
• BA or equivalent education.
• 5-8 years previous experience working in client-facing roles.
• Self-directed, very well organized, and extremely detail oriented.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong relationship building and collaborative skills, highly customer oriented.
• Strong project management skills, with experience in building and implementing efficient processes in different markets.
• Ability to handle numerous different tasks with very tight deadlines (used to work under time pressure).
• Creative problem solver, able to influence others.
• Service-oriented and proactive.
• Used to deal with high ambiguity situations, working with constant moving parties.
• Team player with willingness and ability to learn and take on challenging opportunities and to work as a member of diverse and geographically distributed team.
• Languages: French and English (others a plus).
• Advanced user of Microsoft Office Tools (great PowerPoint skills).
