- Edition of collection planning with the Studio and the development teams, recommendations and adjustments up to the showroom.
- Development of the pricing strategy with the industrial team, pricing of collection and repricing, control and monitoring of profit margins.
- Produce product pitches for all internal customers.
- Follow-up technical development with industrial development and quality teams
- Showroom organization (4/year): product presentation for Retail Merchandisers and Wholesale, management of prototypes and product shoots in collaboration with the Photo Studio
- 360-degree coordinated approach to optimize collection launches: presentation of collections and product strategy to all press, digital, VIP/VIC and training parties, etc.
- Contribution to strategic plan for the category and other ad hoc studies for Top Management needs
- Conduct competitor studies and price mapping
- Production of post-showroom summary documents: purchase summary for various press teams, training, etc., launch of packs for zones
- Manage marketing attribute coding, monitor and control product repository
- Construction of the template: collection dashboard and purchasing tool
- Management of Press, Digital & VIP orders, selection and provision of prototypes for various shoots.
- Management of a junior product manager and/or an intern, in accordance with BUs
