As Assistant Marketing Manager for Match, your key role is supporting the Marketing Manager to deliver the go-to-market strategy for the UK & Nordics, helping us achieve our brand and business targets and meeting UK consumer needs.
Working closely with Global Brand, you are the expert of the market and the consumer, championing UK & Nordics market requirements to ensure Match is an insight driven service with the consumer at the heart.
Main Responsibilities:
Support in the delivery of the Marketing Plan including adaptation, asset development and delivery Work closely with Product team and support on any new product launches Support in daily/weekly monitoring of the business and input in to various reporting Social/ Digital – work closely with the Global Digital Manager to develop relevant content adapted for the UK market. Work with Agencies as necessary. Adaptation – taking Global campaigns and adapting assets fit for purpose for UK Working closely with PR Agency to develop fully integrated campaign On-going competitor analysis – assess the landscape including brand and media activityQualifications
Graduate ideally in Marketing with 2-3 years experience in a Marketing role Fluent in verbal and written English Digital experience preferred Budget management
