Our fast-growing, dynamic Healthcare Partner Sales team are hiring a Partner Sales Manager in France! (remote)


You’ll join the Microsoft Healthcare and Life Sciences Solutions & Platform’s(HLS) team where our technology is used by 10,000 healthcare organisations and 550,000 clinicians worldwide and our AI‑powered solutions capture 300 million patient stories each year.


In the role you will have the opportunity to further develop our business with both global and local partners, as market leader we’ve proven our ability to add value for customers over many years.


You’d be working in a highly innovative sector in a challenging time with a massive push for our technologies (due to physician burnout, healthcare digitalization and healthcare professional mobility).


Required/Minimum Qualifications




Established experienced in core sales, channel sales, industry or solution selling, or business development experience
OR Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Operations, Business Administration or related field AND proven experience in core sales, channel sales, industry or solution selling, or business development experience
OR Master's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Operations, Business Administration or related field AND proven experience in core sales, channel sales, industry or solution selling, or business development experience.


Partner management experience in the French Electronic Medical Records (EMR) industry.
Business level fluency to read, write and speak French and English.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications: 




Proven track record of consistently exceeding quota and other performance metrics, SaaS/Cloud Solutions..

Prior experience working with Consulting Companies and/or technology vendors to achieve sales revenue targets.
Successful track record of building and maintaining trusted relationships ranging from senior level executives to technical contacts

Possess a business acumen in managing strategic accounts or partnerships with the ability to understand strategic business drivers, established sales background in the French Healthcare industry.

Program management skills with a focus on delivering scalable results.
Forecasting, pipeline management, account planning, business cadence (knowledge of salesforce.com is a plus) and Return On Investment (ROI) quantification and justification.
Communication and cross-functional teamwork skills (order management, product management, support, sales, legal and senior management).
Electronic Healthcare Records (EHR) Healthcare Information System for documenting and accounting of medical services.

Manage assigned accounts concurrently & long-term.
Builds and maintains relationships with the executives and business and technical decision makers at high levels of the customer’s organization to establish alignment on mutual goals and trust in the future interactions.
Develops and oversees the execution of accounts plans for multiple accounts to ensure revenue targets and customer business needs are met.
Develops value-proposition presentation (e.g., with the use of business cases) and specialized business plans for customers that drive business outcomes to generate new opportunities.
Implements strategies to engage relevant stakeholders of assigned accounts and create and/or identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities and drive usage of products.
Educate decision makers of assigned accounts on value proposition aligned to customer’s business objectives.
Establishes the competitive advantage.
Develops plans to offer solutions that satisfy customers’ key performance indicators (KPIs) and align the right partner solution for customer industry needs.
Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including quote to cash teams, support, service, technical and management resources, to meet partner performance objectives and partners' expectations.
Assist with ongoing partner training, marketing, and overall enablement programs.

Ability to travel up to 30% of the time, territory for this role is France and candidate must be living in the territory.
