In the context of the development of a more D2C approach within a distribution model company, we are looking for an International Retail and brand identity Manager.
Reporting to the International Marketing Director, he/she will :
CONCEPT CREATION :
Build the visibility, desire, status and experience of Dom Pérignon brand by the consumers in retail and multiple distribution touch points.
Beyond media and communication, define the experience of Dom Pérignon in the various trade/consumption channels.
Elaborate the retail briefs : identification of the target consumers, definition of the look and feel (story telling, story living and codes), design of a consistent experience, integration an omnichannel client journey, creation of the macro-zoning, specification of the offer, sustainability requirements.
Lead the creation of breakthrough concepts and design of architectural projects.
Facilitate the market's adaptation of concepts, taking into account local specificities.
Control their execution in key markets with the highest standards : supervise the local development of assets providing clear guidelines to ensure consistency, accompany the markets in their selection of external partners.
In coordination with marketing teams and markets, monitor their performance with appropriate KPI's in order to optimize them.
GUIDELINES, DEPLOYMENT, VISUAL MERCHANDISING :
Ensure the translation of the brand equity in brand codes (graphic chart, merchandising chart), BE responsible for their understanding and respect by other departments at Maison and market levels.
Merchandising planning
Develop all yearly merchandising guidelines for the different vintage releases and marketing plan activations.
Brand POSM and lifestyle objects
In coordination with marketing teams, give input on the design and codes of the necessary tools to BE developed within the yearly marketing plan. BE a source of artistic inspiration for them (mood boards)
In order to achieve this, he/she will :
- Identify the right external partners to bring the concepts / projects to life : architects, design agencies, digital agencies.
- Gather and organize the resources required (internal resources, external partners).
- Create a strong network with markets to :.
- Ensure a good understanding of markets needs.
- Ensure a share of voice and heart : generate internal buy-in and excitement on your projects.
- Educate them and accompany them on this new capability.
- Co-develop projects with specific markets.
- Ensure quality of execution / implementation.
Profil
Education :
Business school or master degree in design, architecture.
Languages :
Fluent French and English required
Professional experience & know how :
BE consumer centric, a retail and luxury expert, and a wine lover in order to define the best concepts, unique to Dom Pérignon. BE close to the trade and markets to understand the distribution mutations. Develop your wine culture and sensitivity to understand the purpose of the brand.
Minimum 8 years in design/retail-visual merchandising management in an agency of in a corporate environment in the premium/luxury sector (Maison, dept store, Selective retailer).
Creative spirit with a conceptual intelligence and ability to translate a creative vision from an architectural point of view
Organisation skills to know how to rigorously manage priorities and different tasks in a proactive and committed way.
High understanding and sensitivity to luxury
