Creative brand manager & strategic planner

Ecommerce leader in the luxury world, MONNIER Frères operates in over 150 countries and proposes to its clients a curated selection of accessories from international luxury brands (Loewe, Valentino, Marc Jacobs, Stella McCartney, Marni, Alexander Wang, Off White, Acne Studios, etc.) and up and coming talents.

We are looking for our Creative Brand Manager & Strategic planner.

In a transversal role, working hands in hands with the marketing, the business development and the buying teams and reporting to the International VP, you define & operate the creative point of view of Monnier Frères with the objective to create brand stickiness with our clients, BtoB or BtoC and brand positioning & differentiation.

Your missions:

Drive the differentiation positioning of Monnier frères thanks to :

· Identify, build and lead special operations with our strategic brands (Class-1) to increase our visibility and strengthen our partnership

· create and pitch creative partnerships within Monnier’s active portfolio of brands to promote our Monnier brand in the fashion ecosystem

· Actively participate in the new brands pitch alongside of management, buying team and marketing team by identifying and strategising crossing points between Monnier and these brands

· Actively participate in Monnier storytelling with the marketing teams by determining the creative story that will resonate to the clients, everywhere in the world (including seasonal shooting & everyday content production)

· Actively participate in defining the Monnier retailtainment agenda with the retailtainment taskforce

· Actively participate in Monnier’s trade marketing offers with the trade marketing taskforce and be the driving commercial force

Identify under the current trends before they become BIG and how Monnier can surf on themSpot trends, people, influencers, key opinion leader, brands, possible new partner, business opportunities etc… before they emerge massively and how they can resonate for MonnierSpread internally these trends so that all staff can be Monnier ambassadorsLead and operate these creative partnerships & projectsCoordinate with different team internally, identify and coordinate 3rd parties when neededoperate validated partnerships with a strong sense of ROI while piloting the budget

Your profil :

· Minimum 3 years’ experience in creative roles, you love pitching your out of the box ideas and making sure they get all the attention they deserve

· You believe that a good creative needs to be a good communicator and a good seller because ideas that are not heard and understood and bought, well... they are just ideas.

· You love challenges and can navigate from an operational posture to a strategic vision.

· You are structured, independent and agile, allowing you to define, operate and analyze an action plan and to adjust it in a test and learn mode.

· Being a team player is essential for you and you know when and how to step up to support colleagues in a small company environment.

· Your friends/colleagues/boss see you as the person that is always a step ahead, spotting the brand that will be hot in 2 years, the influencer that will be the next Chiara Ferragni, or the bag that will be next season at the arm of every IT girl/boy

· You are a strong communicator, keen to always create social connections, keep them and enrich them

· You love fashion

· Bilingual French and english is a must, additional languages a plus.

· A strong sense of graphic design, photoshop or like skills needed.
