We have a thriving email marketing program serving customers in 21 countries across Europe and Asia Pacific regions. The coordinator is an integral part of the email team. Your mission is to execute new and existing email marketing campaigns to maximize performance of our customers in Europe and Asia Pacific. You will test and optimize email campaigns and manage automated experiences to nurture customers throughout the lifecycle. The candidate must be organized, rigorous, enthusiastic and able to work flexibly and independently. What you will do: • Drive profitable revenue growth through personalized and relevant email messaging to customers in 21 countries across Europe and Asia Pacific regions • Coordinate the end-to-end execution of email campaigns, collaborating with a cross-functional team including creative design, website merchandising to ensure cohesive experiences, and product management to ensure stock levels • Use marketing toolsets to set up campaigns, promotions, and • Generate and analyze campaign data to define strengths, weaknesses, recommendations for improving key performance metrics (click through rate, revenue per email…) • Collaborate with the email project manager to execute innovative personalization elements and automation within email campaigns • Perform A/B testing on various email campaigns to continually refine and optimize our program • Monitor the deliverability of our email campaigns and adjust our targeting accordingly. Purge undeliverable addresses and opt-outs • Improve localization for our top 4 priority countries • Ensure that all email campaigns are carried out within the time defined in the emailing plan, respecting all the Marketing Mix variables defined by the Marketing Manager: price, product, targeting, and communication content • Ensure all campaigns are aligned with overall company strategy, branding, marketing and sales goals • Ensure that campaigns are accessible and functional on PCs and mobiles • Resolve technical issues in conjunction with IT/Web support departments related to HTML, list segmentation and other aspects of email fulfillment as required What we need from you: • 1-3 years of digital marketing experience in a fast-paced environment • Business Fluent in English written and spoken (another language is welcome) • Good MS Office skills, especially Excel skills • Project management skills, with great attention to detail • High level of communication skills both verbal and written • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize work • Ability to work under tight deadlines and multi-task effectively • Flexibility, open-mindedness, and strength of proposals About National Pen In business for over 50 years, National Pen is a world class provider of personalized marketing solutions.
