The Account Based (ABM) Marketing Manager France is responsible for managing and developing the strategy to extend the engagement and reach within defined target accounts to maximize their share of wallet, by providing the right personalized message to the right person at the right time. The primary intent of this position is to help grow the business in France by expanding the NetApp footprint in a selected set of customers as well as to position the business for growth by acquiring new logos. The role is reporting to the Senior Manager EMEA Account Based Marketing and will be required to plan, implement and measure marketing strategies and projects for a specified audience in a high-growth, agile data management and technology environment
The ABM Manager’s tasks are focused on but not limited to:
Define the target list of accounts in close collaboration with the Sales team
Actively participate and contribute in the account and business planning process with the sales team
Gather and interpret insights and apply data intelligence to define the marketing strategies and tactics adopting centralized programs (human touch, digital, partner engagement, learning needs)
Work with the appropriate business partners (Marketing Specialists, Alliances, Channel etc.) to integrate existing and develop tailored messaging, content, and use case scenarios from which to build campaigns and create engagement
Own and socialize the ABM marketing and communications plans including associated investment. Develop 1:1 and 1:many account campaigns and personalized comms strategies to convey the right message to specific target audiences
Coordinate ABM marketing and communications plan execution with internal corporate and EMEA stakeholders
Track KPIs and measure results at every step of the process to define actionable outcomes (e.g. lead generation, Marketing influence, awareness)
The Account Based Marketing Manager France holds responsibility for:
The development of an integrated ABM plan that meets the business goals, delivers sustainable growth and positive results for defined accounts in France.
Alignment with the Marketing Business Manager, Channel Marketing Manager and Communications Manager to be in sync with the local market opportunities and challenges. Ensure that goals and metrics meet the global corporate and French business success requirements.
In collaboration with key stakeholders, build, identify, and accelerate existing opportunities to help sales achieve their bookings goals.
Analyze market/account insight information to provide the sales team with clear call to actions to influence and shorten sales cycles.
Monitor the ABM KPIs and metrics to adapt the plan at every step of the process when needed.
Education
Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 5 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work
