With an international team of 250 committed and passionate people, more than 20 different nationalities represented, mainly located in the Paris area, Netatmo is looking for new talents to support its growth
Working alonside the CRM campaign manager, you will join the CRM team within the Brand activation team with all your coworkers in the Marketing department (product, graphic...) & Sales department (shop, Amazon & retail)
During your apprenticeship you will work on the lifecycle of a marketing campaign aimed at encouraging client retention and loyalty & generating revenue. You will contribute to the development of a customer segmentation strategy, the shaping and delivering of marketing and promotional campaigns.
Responsabilities
Management of the 360 process campaign launch :
Planning, executing, and reviewing campaigns adapted to international markets / targets : Brief management, copywriting & technical implementation within our CRM marketing tools, management of the design agency.
Performance : Deliver regular reporting to help improve performance of our campaigns
(Kpis : open rate, click rate, activations...) & provide valuable insights on content & CRM channels effectiveness
Optimisation : Implement a test & learn approach to challenge the performance of our campaigns, identify and recommend changes, and drive on-going performance improvement.
Bench mark analysis : Define the CRM good practices in the field of smart home & BE proactive in new & relevant editorial axes of communication.
Support the CRM animation strategy in order to enrich the life cycle of our users (user experience & customer knowledge)
Currently studying in a Business or Digital school (Bac +4 or Bac +5), you are interested in customer issues in the digital world & in management of data.
Ideally, you have a first experience in CRM campaign management and technical knowledge of a Marketing automation tool
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office : Excel, PowerPoint & of digital ecosystem and web analytics
You are rigorous, creative & demonstrate a real capacity for initiative and analysis
