TRADE MARKETING MANAGER - Home Appliances

For our dynamic and fast growing Home Appliances Division, to be based in Colombes, we are currently looking for a 

TRADE MARKETING MANAGER

Main Tasks

Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Manager

Marketing budget follow up and management of quotes & invoices for payment
Execution and follow-up of the Marketing Plan (day to day running) for 4 brands (FoodSaver, Crock-Pot, Breville) and Sistema
Market studies & data analysis : GFK, competitors analysis, benchmark, sell out & sell in analysis and regular feedback to the team, including monthly business review
New products (NPD) follow up with the international teams and feedback to the French team; including adaptation of product specifications, videos, Instruction manuals, packaging
Translation and adaptation of English contents into French
Marketing Presentations, including presentation of NPD, story telling   
Coordination of contents and trade communication for retailers
Management of products’ information on retailers’ websites (Product Live, Salsify/Alkemics…)
Management and follow up of the ATL (above the line) activities (TV campaigns / sponsoring)
Management of Press Relations for 1 to 2 brands in cooperation with a Press agency
Management and follow-up of an external sales agency including 3 salesmen
Coordination with agencies of digital campaigns
Creation of sales support tools with agencies, such as POS, catalogues, banners
Product training to clients and partners
Management of network pages, such as Instagram, Facebook and Youtube
Management with an agency of brands websites
Coordination and participation to trade shows and customer meetings
Support of sales team and after sales queries on products
Management & coaching of the Trade marketing assistant trainee 

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree (emphasis in business/marketing or related field), MBA or other advanced degree highly preferred
3 to 5 years of experience, preferably working with a leading CPG company (Channel Management, Brand Management, Marketing, Sales or related position)
Strategic thinking, self-starter with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with aggressive deadlines
Advanced analytical skills and computer software proficiency (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.)
Strong familiarity with syndicated data, measures and software (e.g. NPD, Nielsen/Nitro, IRI, Consumer Panel.)
Multi-channel experience and shopper understanding.
