Marketing Specialist
Job Summary and/or Key Objectives
Primary responsibility is to create, administer, and organize all tasks required to run an efficient marketing communications program. Marketing Specialist will create and implement communication projects including creative suggestions, collateral development and project follow-up that include but are not limited to seminar, direct mail, email marketing, digital marketing and webinar programs. The Marketing Specialist will maintain and produce departmental activity metrics where applicable. In addition, the specialist will be tasked with intra-departmental communications, projects tracking and other support activities as directed under the supervision of their manager. This role requires the candidate to live in France and speak French with a native or very strong fluency.
Essential Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Develop and execute a subsidiary marketing plan under the supervision of subsidiary General Manager (GM) and corporate director, marketing
Create marketing campaigns/projects and schedule supporting all activities required to see the projects to complete.
Continuously investigate and recommend new promotional opportunities for building Nova brand in your country, and product promotion (lead generation)
Meet corporate and subsidiary marketing metrics; minimum four webinars, minimum 3 seminars and minimum one marketing communications project per month.
Evaluate existing corporate creative content and adapt content for individual market needs. Participate in creating new creative content where appropriate,
Track and report efficacy of promotional activities to GM and corporate marketing director
Maintain current printed and electronic collateral for subsidiary resources
Ensure promotional materials are compliant to local regulations and process conform to country standards for privacy and security
Obtain corporate marketing approval prior to any distribution of marketing collateral
Maintain Salesforce.com (SFDC) as primary marketing tool.
Attend marketing team events
Assist fellow employees when requested
Interaction
Marketing Specialist interacts with VP Marketing, Director, Marketing, Director, Design Services and (DS) other corporate teammates providing project, administrative and organizational support as requested.
Marketing Specialist interacts with sales administrative team for cross-department communications, promotional event organization and training.
Interaction and coordination with Design Services is integral part of job.

Experience is providing project, administrative and organizational support to a marketing department is preferred.
Strong organizational skills.
Moderate proficiency with MS Office, Saleforce.com (or similar marketing automation software solution)
Good communications skills
Education
Requires Associates Degree but a bachelors degree is preferred; BA or BS
Experience
Two years in a marketing specialist or similar role is required.
Prefer experience with similar medical device or pharmaceutical business within your subsidiary country
Experience in digital marketing is a plus
