Head of Innovation Strategy & Management (H/F)

Your missions

Innovation is part of the group’s DNA, that has achieved great ambition thanks to its ability to think and do things differently. Now, with high growth ambition and a fast-changing environment, it is key to structure innovation initiatives within the group and to stay ahead of our competitive environment.

We are looking for an experienced innovation manager to join our financial group and lead our innovation efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services and new technologies. As Head of Innovation your responsibilities will include:

Developing the group's innovation network and ecosystem with start-ups, universities, providers, incubators, and consultancy firms.
Setting up a benchmark and a systematic watch to stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in the industry.
Defining the ambition (OKR) and a roadmap together with businesses and steering it.
Supporting business projects until the POC phase.
Animating the innovation culture within the group.

To be successful in this role, you should have experience leading innovation efforts and a proven track record of developing and implementing innovation strategies. You should also have excellent communication and leadership skills to collaborate with various stakeholders and drive innovation initiatives forward.

Your profile

Master Degree in Business or Engineering
10+ years of relevant working experience in finance, innovation entities and/or start-ups
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good understanding of the Banking & Finance sector
Self- starter who can handle multiple priorities.
Experience in driving innovation initiatives.
High attention to detail whilst understanding the bigger picture.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Professional working proficiency English, French and/or German is a plus
