Business Strategy Manager (h/f)

Purpose of the position:

Co-build Martell Mumm Perrier-Jouët (MMPJ) commercial strategy and support other accelerators with ad hoc business casing & value creation initiatives.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Co-build commercial strategy with Marketing Activation and Brands
Define market clustering and priorities
Develop winning go-to-market strategy (product portfolio / pricing / RTM / A&P investments) in collaboration with Brands and Market Activation
Set up communication tools to disseminate commercial strategy across MMPJ and PR affiliates
Support Brand Growth Acceleration Team with ad hoc business casing
Lead mini “Due diligence” process to crack specific topics.
Participate in growth opportunity assessments (e.g. distribution model, product development, strategic partnerships, M&A)
Nurture MMPJ strategic thinking
Fuel CODI business review with all relevant qualitative insights in coordination with Finance, Accelerators and Brands
Contribute to MMPJ Competitive Intelligence forum with in-deth analysis of marketing and product competitive positioning (pricing, platforms, NPDs)
Coordinate key business processes with all markets (allocations, budget, 3YP)

Geographical scope of the position: Global, with business travels to be expected (15% international)

Main internal / external interactions on this position:

Head of Business Strategy (reporting and brainstorming), Senior management Brands (co-building strategy), Accelerators (supporting, co-building), PR affiliates (supporting)

Required experiences and skills:

Hold a master’s degree
3 to 4 years of experience in strategy consulting
Fluent in English and French
