Group Service Management Director M/W

Pernod Ricard is looking for a Group Service Management Director to ensure the IT Operations organization supports the Group activities in a consistent, transparent, and efficient way. You will be based at The Island, our office in central Paris.

Your key missions:

You will shape the vision on the portfolio of services and products to maximize the production of value:

You will define services and products and their delivery model

You will maintain IT Operations effectiveness by integrating new technologies, processes, and ways of working 

You will manage OPEX and CAPEX budget of Service Management teams and efficiencies

You will oversee roadmap implementation and ensure global consistency and performance in collaboration with internal teams and external partners:

You will supervise the design and execution of efficient service management processes, in order to ensure business continuity and improve performance across the organization

You will manage the transversal effectiveness of the usage of the cloud

You will participate in delivery model and solutions assessment

You will pilot the IT Operations portfolio, in compliance with the IT process

You will manage a globally distributed team, and develop an efficient and inclusive work environment:

You will nurture engagement, and strong, productive working relationships

You will continuously review and train teams to maintain their capabilities

You have a computer related qualification and/or have worked at least 12 years in a FMCG environment with an experience in leading transformation in IT organization

You have experience in a leadership position, and know to influence and communicate with key stakeholders in an international environment

You are able to lead different delivery models and manage high intensity problems or crisis
