What you’ll do:

The France Business Marketing Leader will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive growth and awareness/comprehension of the company's products and services within the French market. They will work closely with the global marketing team, sales team, and other key stakeholders to develop and execute effective marketing efforts that deliver measurable results. Specifically they will:

Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive business and revenue growth in the French market.
Collaborate with the global marketing team to ensure consistency of messaging and brand identity.
Analyze market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and behaviors in the French market.
Create and manage marketing campaigns across multiple channels 
Develop and manage the marketing budget for the French market
Assess campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly to optimize results
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including industry associations, and other partners.
Manage a French marketing professional in execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.

What we’re looking for:

Minimum of 8+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on B2B marketing and/or technology.
Fluency and excellent writing abilities in French and English is required.
Experience in transcreation and localization
Strong understanding of the French advertising market, customer behavior, and regulatory landscape.
Experience developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Experience managing external creative agencies.
Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
