We are a cutting-edge tech startup based in Paris, through the use Artificial Intelligence and Natural Language Processing technologies we have built a platform that enables chatbot developers within companies create complex chatbots, to improve their customer support, increase audiences and boost sales through different messaging channels.

Our platform and SDK enables our clients and partners to build chatbots that are testable, scalable and safe when it comes to data privacy, while providing natural conversational experiences for their customers.

Founded in 2016, we have been growing fast and are now a team of 12 people that includes experts in Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Data Scientists and Developers who have developed our solution, now implemented in companies such as banks, insurance companies and digital startups. We have recently received funding and are looking to increase our international and talented team to keep boosting our growth.

Responsibilities

As a Marketing Manager, you will develop and implement the marketing strategies of the company.

Responsibilities:

Development of a detailed marketing plan for our chatbot building platform for enterprises in specific sectors and target accounts in France and Europe. Create awareness of the platform value propositions via traditional and social channels. Manage and comply with the Marketing Budget. Organize in synchronization with the Sales team, the best targeted lead account generation. You will be in charge of: building reputation creating credibility supporting new conversations with target accounts creating demand

Profile

Requirements:

You have 3+ years of B2B marketing and strategy experience in the digital sector - ideally related to SAAS products You are a business-oriented profile who has excellent communication and writing skills for business and technical audiences. You can demonstrate your experience with social media to drive awareness and customer engagement You are fluent in French and proficient in English
