Brand Manager – Decorative Paintings M/W

As a Brand Manager – Decorative Paintings  M/W, you will be in charge of defining and implementing the marketing strategy of the brand for which you are responsible for.

You will be part of PPG Marketing Team (Ripolin, Bondex, Xylophene, Sigma…)

 Position based in Rueil Malmaison (France)

Key Responsibilities

Define the brand strategy (brand values, clear strategic vision, marketing mix: price, communication, positioning, promotions, distribution channels) and ensure that it is deployed in the market to achieve the goals set.
Ensure the best value proposition for the customer regarding products and services.
Develop growth opportunities through sales plans related to your market and customer need analysis.
Ensure competitive intelligence, a source of improvement proposals for efficiency.
Work with sales and marketing teams and external partners (marketing agencies)
Analyze the performance of your ranges, sales mix and margin
Guide your marketing budget

Qualifications

Graduated from a Degree + 5 years delivered by a High School or a University or equivalent program specialized in Marketing.
A first professional experience, at least 5 years post diploma, acquired in a similar position in brand management is required.
A proven expertise in strategic marketing (research, market share, monitoring), marketing mix (pricing, positioning, customer satisfaction, promotions, distribution channels) and "intelligent marketing” (segmentation, customer need)
You are comfortable with IT tools and have a good knowledge of Pack Office.
You have a proficient level of French and English.
