Email/CRM Marketing Specialist


As an Email/CRM Marketing Specialist M/W you will build and complete end-to-end email marketing campaigns in support of promotions and product launches.


Do you have a successful track record of developing and performing email marketing campaigns, for both acquisition and retention strategies? You are highly data-driven and have strong project management skills ? If you are ready for join the international team of high level professionals join us to be a part of this new adventure!


Key Responsibilities:



Identify relevant customer segments, be responsible for list creation and monitor list management and segmentation.
Analyze business needs using available CRM data.
Implement, track, and optimize global rollout of all email programs and calendars.
Find opportunities to engage contacts, nurture leads to conversion, reduce churn, and increase lifetime value.
Partner closely with creative & brand teams to build consistent, brand-driven messaging and visual design.
Perform render testing across devices, email clients to ensure emails are optimized, user & mobile friendly.
Apply segmentation and personalization to enrich communications.
Implement programs against test-and-learn plans and results.
Drive attributable business results.
Supervising & reporting the campaign performance.


Qualifications:



Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, advertising, computer science, information science technology, or a related field with a 3-5 years email marketing experience and 2-3 years lead generation/CRM experience.
Experience in at least one CRM or marketing automation platform: Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Acoustic/IBM Watson Marketing Cloud, Oracle Eloqua, Salesforce Pardot or Act-On
Proficiency in SAP Marketing Cloud is an advantage
Experience driving within established Email, CRM, or Loyalty programs
Solid understanding of customer journeys, lifecycle campaigns, and segmented communication strategies with a familiarity with HTML programming languages and Google Analytics
Strong collaborator with excellent presentation, project management, communication, and problem-solving skills
High level of skill with Microsoft Office suite
