ProcSea is a B2B marketplace specialized in the fish trade. With our innovative product; we disrupt the $200 Billion fish market by connecting fishmongers & producers with restaurants; fish seller & grocery stores, all in just a few clicks.
Our ship is speeding up and has an international reach. To accompany us in this rapid growth and due to an internal evolution, we are looking for a Marketing Manager. This role is located in Rennes and is a Permanent position (CDI).
The mission :
Reporting to the Head of Growth, you will oversee all ProcSea’s marketing operations and develop the mid-term strategy and vision in order to be aligned with the sales objectives. You will drive our enthusiastic marketing team (4 people) efforts toward great success.
Define the Brand strategy for ProcSea’s customers and suppliers and oversee it’s day to day implementation on all the communication channels (internal, advertising, PR, event & partnerships, CRM, Social Media)
Have the finger on the pulse : you are always aware of new ways to make the brand image/identity stronger
Liaise with the Product, Sales and Account Management departments to guide a unified approach that meets market demands
Define and optimise the customer acquisition strategy with different levers : affiliation, SEA, paid social…
Develop and implement inbound marketing campaigns with the team
Lead and empower a marketing team composed of 4 diverse profiles : UX designer / Graphist, SEO, CRM, Social media specialists
Develop strategic partnerships to sustain growth & awareness
Develop and follow-up KPIs and dashboards with Google Analytics in order to measure the effectiveness of the team actions against agreed Objectives and key results
Define and manage the Marketing plan & budget
The ideal sailor :
5+ years of experience as a Marketing Leader in a digital company that disrupted an industry, ideally a B2B marketplace
You thrive in an environment where you establish strategies for your team while being hands on and helping them when needed
Experience in an international fast paced environment is necessary
Fluent in English and French (a third language is a big plus), you have great communication skills
You balance a creative and innovative mindset with a strong, data driven, business acumen that allows you to lead people through complex marketing operations
You think outside of the box and are customer solutions oriented
