As a Brand Operations Manager, your mission is to support the brand team in delivering our campaigns and activations across our 4 European markets: France, Italy, Spain, and Germany.
You will work with Qonto's different marketing team members - Global (PR & Comms, Social, Content), Design, and Local Marketing Teams - And external partners: creative agencies, production companies, creative shops, etc.
You will be responsible for coordinating the production, execution, and deliverable of global brand campaigns, brand assets, local activations, and ensure support for cross-team coordination.

ð‍ð»ð§‍ð» As a Brand Operations Manager at Qonto, you will:

Plan, coordinate, implement and oversee our brand campaigns across different markets, channels and industries;
Support cross-team collaboration by working closely with other teams to identify and implement campaign/assets optimizations to drive up performance;
Propose ways to optimize costs of creative production, and brand activations to maximize the brand impact through campaigns;
Demonstrate brand knowledge to ensure brand consistency across markets, channels, and industries;
Demonstrate strong project management skills to plan and ensure internal and external teams are following the agreed timeline and are within budget;
Build and maintain strong relationships with key creative partners - You will be one of the main points of contact for our external partners (creative agencies, production companies, etc).

You will report to Paula, our Head of Global Brand & Media.
Her background: Paula has more than 13 years of experience supporting companies of all sizes from Latin America, the US, Canada, and Europe to build their brands, develop new products, increase sales and awareness, implement new brands in foreign markets, and unlock brand strategies for rebranding, and go-to-market campaigns.
What does she bring to the team?: Passion for creativity, innovation, technology, brand building and supporting personal and professional development of her team. Paula values open-minded people with critical thinking, accountability, and team members that know that learning is a journey that never ends. She expects that together, you can exchange perspectives on problem-solving, and have some fun while working.
ðAbout You
Experience: You have already 2-3+ years of Brand campaign, Creative Project Management, Account management, or marketing experience within advertising agencies, startup/pure-player environments or major e-commerce companies;
Brand expertise: You have a track record of:
a) Supporting the development and deployment of top-quality integrated campaigns (incl. TV and digital)
b) Managing the execution, project management, deliverables, and rolling out of international campaigns, including managing budget, managing timelines, and reporting results: brand metrics, and post-campaign analysis.
Brand and Comms knowledge: You understand brand challenges and are able to communicate them clearly to creative agencies and service partners;
Autonomous: You have strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. You are hands-on. Like to organize, make a plan and execute it;
Great team player: You have clear written and verbal communication skills, you are comfortable with solving problems with your teammates and you are also capable of working well with agencies and freelancers;
Languages: English (full professional proficiency) German is a plus.

ðª Our hiring process:

- A 60 min video call with one of our Talent Acquisition Managers, to better understand your career plan and answer any questions you may have

- A 60 min video call with your future manager, to be aligned on expectations on both sides and to talk about how you would work together

- A remote exercise to evaluate your skills and give you a taste of what working Qonto could be like

- Video calls or onsite interviews with future team members(optional) to help you understand what working at Qonto is like

- A final video call or onsite interview with the manager of your future Department
