Job Description

Due to a maternity leave, ReportLinker is recruiting an English speaking Customer Service Manager to join our Marketing Team, for a full-time position.

Under the responsibility of the Marketing Director, this person will be in charge of the Customer Relationship management.

Key responsibilities include:

Client & prospects requests management: Listening, understanding & answering (information requests, refunds, etc)Customer Relationship creation & development (written & spoken)Client & prospects requests analysis: qualification and internal coordination to share most frequent customer feedbacksProduct Optimization: recommendations and changes implementationOnboarding & retention material creation (tutorials, videos etc)Emailing campaigns managementKey indicators follow-up and analysis

Desired skills & experiences

Global Knowledge:

A minimum of 3 years experience in an international customer serviceSales Experience is an advantageCapacity to develop close relationships with customersProject management experienceReporting and analytical skillsRedactional SkillsFluent English
