The Sr Digital Marketing Manager (EMESA) will be responsible for working with the Global Digital Marketing team to drive, develop and execute the marketing strategy for the Ria Digital business. The Digital Marketing Manager will define and execute against market-specific tactics to drive new customer acquisition and increase activity with existing customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of customer segmentation and demonstrated experience in managing global PPC, display and paid social campaigns. The candidate will be responsible for working cross-functionally to drive new customer growth and ongoing ROI improvements across the region.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing strategy driven by Global Marketing in select Ria digital send countries in the EMESA region Develop execution plans to support digital marketing tactics such as PPC, SEO, Display, Paid Social, Email & Push Work closely with Ria brick & mortar marketing teams in the region to identify cross-channel synergies Recommend strategies to integrate into local regional marketing plans Assist Global Marketing team in developing creative and messaging strategies Drive and strengthen Ria’s digital awareness and brand position in the region Lead development and execution of ethnic and other targeted marketing plans to reach Ria Digital’s key corridors/segments Identify specific regional marketing goals and objectives Collaborate with the Global Social Media Coordinator to support the organic social presence on Facebook & Twitter, partner with global owners of YouTube & Instagram Analyze competitors and recommend improvements to marketing strategies and messaging by country Support Global Product team to market ongoing pricing initiatives and seasonal promotions Manage EMESA Digital Marketing Specialist, providing guidance and coaching to maximize potential. QualificationsDesired Skills and Qualifications
7+ years in a general digital marketing role, preferably in the financial services and/or payments industry. Experience managing large scale digital marketing programs, including experience with media planning and execution Agency experience a plus Proven ability to analyze data and find opportunities where others may not 3+ years managing at least one individual Strong background in mobile marketing, including mobile app promotion Excellent written and verbal communication skills including experience presenting to stakeholders and senior leadership Strong project management skills including extensive multi-tasking and prioritization abilities Related Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience necessaryInscrivez-vous pour accéder à l'annonce
