As part of the RingCentral Marketing team , you will help plan, coordinate, implement and oversee the ways we share RingCentral’s message with the world via our strategic partners. You’ll use data, technology and creativity to target, communicate, measure and adjust with precision— and share the story of a new, reimagined age of business communication with the audiences who want to hear it most.
RingCentral is looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager who will be responsible for the marketing aspect of RingCentral’s partnership with Alcatel Lucent Enterprise. This key role works with ALE and RingCentral’s team to drive the joint Marketing, positioning, branding, messaging, use cases, campaigns and localization on specific vertical needs and offers to ensure the success of the partnership. This role is cross-functional, requiring regular communication with RingCentral executive management, product management, sales leadership, and other staff members. This individual will also need to manage timely deliverables with strong communication and cross-functional partnering skills. Candidates must be team oriented and have a ‘can do’ attitude and be comfortable working in a fast paced, cross-functional team environment. This individual will work out of the Paris, France office.
Responsibilities:
This Product Marketing role works closely with ALE and RingCentral’s teams to drive the joint marketing efforts around Verticals
Work with RingCentral and ALE PMM and product teams to define the most relevant features, USPs and apps available for market segment / vertical
Develop / adapt / localize appropriate sales and partner training materials, collaterals, assets and content for specific verticals
Works across multiple regions to support specific needs
Enable ALE’s sales teams on product and competitive positioning, as well as on best practices and sales plays
Execute go-to-market strategy, launches and marketing plans necessary to meet company revenue goals
Support ALE to drive acquisition and awareness, including webinars, trade shows, direct marketing, collateral, customer case studies, and thought leadership
Qualification & Skills:
Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of product and marketing experience
Partnership, Consulting or Sales experience a plus
Proven success developing and managing product go-to-market plans
Any experience working in specific verticals (Education, Insurance, Transportation, Healthcare, Financial Services, etc.) a plus.
Experience working with cross-functional teams
Understanding of the differences between different European markets and needs
Strong business acumen, as well as strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities to draw conclusions based on data
Solid project management skills
Self-motivated individual capable of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Detail and results oriented; skilled at both planning and hands-on execution
Ability to excel in a team-oriented and collaborative environment
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
Experience marketing SaaS or cloud services, communications, or collaboration experience a plus
