The Position


We are looking for you to join Roche and our Roche Services & Solutions Center in Budapest.

The People Support Solutions (PSS) organization brings its purpose to life by providing our colleagues worldwide with integrated HR solutions tailored to their needs. We are a team that works very closely together to ensure good employee relations, anticipate our customers' future needs, and proactively develop solutions.



Your day to day responsibilities are:


As Change & Communications Manager you are part of the PSS organization and Customer Experience and Initiatives unit. Your main responsibilities will be:



Planning and executing global/regional change and communications activities related to the PSS organization


Creating concepts and proposals related to mindset/behavior change and stakeholder alignment


Creating pragmatic recommendations for mitigating change risks and opportunities for improvement


Connecting with stakeholders within PSS and with other Change & Communications communities to make sure that our communication is in alignment with the overall People & Culture strategy/approach


Contributing to and leading communication strategies, plans and materials


Authoring articles/material.

Furthermore, you have:



University degree or equivalent (eg. HR Management, Organizational Development, Organizational Behavior or Industrial/Organizational Psychology, etc.)


​Broad experience in Change Management & Communications Partner position


Hands-on experience in and ability to create communication material (i.e. writing texts, creating video scripts & stakeholder presentations) tailored to different target audiences


Proven experience of necessary tools (e.g. Google Apps, Video editing tools)


Experience effectively working in a matrix organization across geographies and divisions


Strong customer centricity, end-to-end accountability,problem-solving skills, growth & agile mindset in ambiguous situations


Fluency in English (other languages are treated as an advantage).
