To meet our challenges, we are looking for an Area Marketing Manager (M/F) within the Pharma Marketing team ! This position will BE based in Lestrem (near Lille - North of France).

Our Team

The marketing team is chartered to develop and execute winning GO To Market Strategy focused on driving growth through partnering with customers in the formulation of their drug products and developing and launching customer-focused inovation of new products and services.

To Build a business with critical mass to become the customers' #1 trusted formulation and technology partner. We partner with our customers to solve the toughest challenges in drug delivery in collaboration with a motivated cross functional team that includes R&D; CTS; Commercial and BizCom.

Your experience and talents will make the difference to drive :

EMEA GO to Market Strategy :
- Plan and develop clear and actionable EMEA GO To Market Strategy taking into account the Global Market Segment strategy and communicate continuously across Roquette
- Execute the EMEA GO To Market Strategy in collaboration with Head of Sales, Channel Team, Global Market Managers, Technical Developers, Bizcom and other functions as necessary
- Develop and execute annual EMEA promotion and campaign calendar together with Global Market Managers, Digital Marketing Manager and Bizcom
- Develop / refresh the mid-term plan for EMEA with clear action plans and metrics to achieve short, medium and long term goals.
- Drive the GO To Market activation in EMEA for special projects/partnerships/mergers & acquisitions
- Develop and execute effective pricing strategies in collaboration with Head of Sales, EMEA.
- Drive traction in innovation launches within the region

Market Research & Development :
- Perform market research on various aspects of the business including market trends, competition, pricing, product life cycle, and new product pipelines of Roquette's current and future customer.
- Identify potential acquisition targets within EMEA that can increase Roquette's value in the market
- Execute launch new products & services, and in some cases lead the project.

Communication :
- Communicate key initiatives via effective story-telling, digital outreach, seminars and exhibitions in collaborations with cross functional teams (GMM; BizCom; Digital; TD; CTS)
- Drive engagement and collaboration with Key Customers, channel partners and universities.

KPIs :
- Deliver the annual budgeted Sales and VM, including sales of new products and services
- Develop and implement ways to improve our Net Promoter Score (NPS)
- Track progress and results of key metrics (eg, growth and health of Sales Funnel) through monthly reviews.

- You have a master's in Life Sciences, Business or Economics
- You have 5 to 7 years of professional experience B2B Marketing within the Life Sciences Industry
- Experience in the excipients industry will BE a plus
- Formal qualifications in Marketing
- Proven track record of establishing and implementing strategies and programs
- Proficient in MS Office
- Strong business writing and presentation skills
- Strong knowledge in CRM tools
- Strong analytical skills, including understanding of data analysis, and reporting tools
- Detail-oriented, ability to multi-task, manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills; pro-active and creative problem solving abilities
- And because we are an international company you are fluent in English
