Job description
Rothschild Martin Maurel, Rothschild & Co’s Wealth Management business in France, Belgium and Monaco, is seeking a Senior Marketing & Communications Manager, who will implement our global marketing and communication strategy.
Contributing to our business development efforts, the successful candidate will help to promote our expertise and know-how to UHNWI clients and prospects, by planning and implementing campaigns, managing communications and marketing projects, and creating content in digital, print, event and other formats.
Responsibilities
Market watch / Implementing a targeted marketing strategy
Maintain market watch on wealth management trends, competitors and developments
Idea, content and campaign generation and implementing them across various channels, formats and audiences, building innovative and impactful solutions for business targets, client advisers and other stakeholders
Improve the efficiency of the business’ marketing strategy by elaborating clear benchmarks within the wealth management universe, and then establishing a roadmap for exceeding them
Content creation and management
Develop and implement a marketing strategy for the wealth management business
Create innovative and inspiring digital content that promotes our expertise and engages prospects, clients, personal advisors and entrepreneurs ecosystem in a targeted way
Drive the creation of relevant, engaging and impactful digital content in various formats, such as online articles, client letters, thought leadership, printed brochures and other documents, videos, podcasts, infographics, and social media
Liaise with creative designers where needed to produce and edit marketing collateral
Implementation of the Content & Marketing strategy as agreed with the Head of Business Development for the Wealth Management business.
Drive the business’ social media presence, executing targeted social media campaigns across various platforms and other content marketing
Analyze and measure the digital marketing campaigns performance through marketing metrics against goals (ROI and KPIs), to refine content accordingly and continuously improve the business’ digital offering
Work with the Marketing, Communication, and Investment team as necessary on the delivery of key Marketing projects across the business (this is likely to include a re-brand, website and intranet projects, an email automation project and a content hub project)
Liaise with the business’ other teams on PR targeting and digital analysis, to improve how our wealth management expertise is promoted in digital and traditional medias
Develop an accurate and effective audience segmentation model, to improve how the business’ digital content is targeted and delivered, and make it more effective across all its audiences
Qualifications
At least 5 to 8 years of marketing experience, preferably in financial services, focusing on the wealth management industry or in a relevant marketing agency
Excellent written and communication skills with a strong eye for detail and design
A self-starter, able to work independently in a fluid environment and comfortable with multitasking
SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, Google / Adobe Analytics skills
Good understanding of website design, CMS, UX, marketing automation and CRM tools
Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage multiple projects
Comfortable working in a multilingual and global environment
Fluent English
