Description du poste



The Digital Marketing and Customer Engagement Manager identifies, defines and leads the implementation of the global digital marketing strategy and customer experience and engagement initiatives worldwide of the Life Sciences business unit of Saint-Gobain High Performance Solutions.

The position will report to the Director of Marketing Communications with dotted line to the Customer Experience Leader and closely collaborates with the Business Systems Architect and the Life Sciences SBU's Marketing teams.

This global position operates in a complex environment that spans markets, products, geographies and cultures. Life Sciences has over 30 sites in all major regions of the world. The position may be based in the United States or Europe.

Develop and manage the digital marketing and customer engagement strategy and roadmap, with the leadership and marketing teams within the businesses:

Support the strategic digital thought process with business leadershipHelp to coach business leaders and their teams in defining the strategyDevelop and coordinate digital trainings for our key employeesCollaborate on digital strategy and programs across the network of marketing managers and business leaders.

Manage the implementation of the digital marketing strategy, with the resources in the business units and IDS (Internal Digital Services) teams

Develop thorough knowledge of BUs and customer base, including markets, SG market position, strategies, purchaser buying habits, strengths and weaknesses related to their digital journeyCompetitive benchmarking of digital marketing and customer engagementDefine the digital work plan, milestones and deliverables for the business; participate in the workload and follow-up executionWork internally across functions to identify gaps and guide the development and distribution of content to support digital strategyMaintain and guide the redevelopment of customer-centric website and user experience (UX): website redevelopment, migration from Drupal 7 to Drupal 8 and maintenanceLead management, rollout, customization and adoption among LS business units and customers of key customer engagement tools - Customer Self Service (CSS)Prepare and execute digital tactics including SEO, SEM, marketing automation, and digital campaignsManage the setup of KPI dashboards and provide effective and efficient monitoring and reporting (web analytics, digital lead generation, digital transactions, etc.) to guide decision-making.Select and manage agencies and vendors to build and evolve the digital plan, creative, and content

Other Digital Program Support

Collaborate on other major digital initiatives in Life Sciences and HPS, which impact marketing and the customer experience, such as the Product Information Management (PIM) project.Support Saint-Gobain Group and HPS Digital Transformation initiatives and requestsNurture relationships with key partners in Corporate Digital IT, HPS, and colleagues with similar positions in other DivisionsDigital Champion / 3-3-3 Ideation

Description du profil



Master's Degree in Marketing, Communications or equivalent7+ years' experience in digital marketing: development and implementation of B2B digital strategy across multiple platforms, digital project management, strategic and operational management of websites (digital agency experience is preferred).Mastery in IT/digital trends and practices relevant to digital marketing and customer engagement: digital customer journey, tools, emerging platforms, methods, regulatory considerations, analytics, best practices. Mastery in Google Analytics and AdWordsDemonstrated experience working in large, complex organizations, balancing multiple assignments and deliverables simultaneously.Ability to mentor, influence and inspire multiple stakeholders and senior leaders in a matrix environmentStrategic thinker, entrepreneurial mindset with strong results orientationStrong written and verbal communication capacity, communication and presentation skillsResponsible budget management and financial acumenBusiness travel +/-20%
