L’équipe:
Vous serez intégré(e) à la direction des clients nationaux, une équipe dynamique et performante au service des patients et de la performance de CHC en France. L’équipe des clients nationaux travaille avec passion pour développer la surperformance et génère de la préférence pour nos marques auprès de nos clients et de nos patients. Vous serez en charge de l’activation Sell Out d’un portefeuille de clients dans une environnement stimulant ouvert vers nos clients pharmaciens.
Principales Missions
Définir et implémenter la stratégie Trade Marketing Groupements
Analyser les performances sell out (part de marché, SOV…) de vos clients.
Garantir l’application et le suivi de cette stratégie Trade Marketing Groupements
Négocier en direct avec les groupements (interlocuteurs spécifiques)
Etre garant du mandat annuel « Trade Marketing » pour ses groupements
Etre garant du reporting mensuel business « Trade Mkt sell out» et les pour actions adéquats
Construire et entretenir le réseau client – VIP groupement
Construire en collaboration avec le KAM les routes de négociation, les business reviews trimestrielles
Accompagner les Groupements dans des recommandations catégorielles & merchandising claires
Développer la nouvelle stratégie Sell-out de nos marques chez ses clients Groupements

Capacité à vendre et à structurer une négociation pour atteindre avec succès les objectifs business, avec un retour sur investissement optimal
Capacité à construire une démarche analytique de performance marché et marques
Capacité à recommander un business plan annuel, chiffré par drivers de compétitivité « Sell Out »
Capacité à comprendre les enjeux officines pour les transformer en plan d’actions opérationnels
Résistance à la pression client
Agilité dans un environnement challengé
Sens du travail en équipe
Savoir engager et fédérer son réseau interne et externe (notamment la Force de Vente)
