JOB’s MISSION
Participate in the implementation of the product marketing plan Propose, design and implement all promotional campaigns in collaboration with internal teams and external service providers Contribute to the understanding and analysis of the environment (epidemiology, market) Coordinate and ensure competitive intelligence Participate in the preparation of sales seminars on the marketing side Organize and monitor national and regional congresses Participate in the monitoring and analysis of product sales performanceKEY ACTIVITIES:
Contribute to the implementation of operational plans to maximize profitability, market share and product sales growth in the short, medium and long term Participate in the creation of promotional documents for different ranges in compliance with good promotional practices and ensure that they are made available to employees in charge of promotion in compliance with the provisions of the information charter by promotion or canvassing aimed at promoting the drug Monitor the sales performance of the product and be attentive to the external environment through the use of appropriate tools and implement the necessary corrective actions Comply with ethical rules, internal and regulatory requirements for drug promotion Communicate to the services concerned any tolerance information and any suspicion of quality defects brought to its attentionEDUCATION:
Master's degree in dual skills Science/Management or MarketingKnowledge in Pharmaceutical Industry
EXPERIENCE:
Significant Experience in Pharmaceutical IndustryKnowledge in Ophtalmology would be a plus
FUNCTIONNAL SKILLS:
Teamwork skills ; Dynamics ; Organizational skilss ; Writing skills ; Comfortable with office automation (Word, Excel, …) ; Good level of written/spoken in English
