Today, Sidetrade seeks a creative Internal Communication Manager to join the Communication team and support its ambitious Fusion100 growth plan. Reporting to the Chief Communications Officer, this newly created position will create stories and content to celebrate and spotlight the work of our talented teams across our multiple locations and keep them up to date with all the latest news and announcements from the business. Motivating your colleagues to drive maximum engagement and advocacy is key to this role.

What you'll BE doing :
- Create, implement, and manage internal communication strategy.
- Build a compelling and exciting brand story ensuring that the vision, mission, ambitions, and the culture of Sidetrade are clearly understood.
- Partner with senior leadership to craft engagement strategies and narratives that inform and inspire our people.
- Own the messaging, tone, and delivery for organizational updates and manage the end-to-end events (CEO live sessions, kick-offs, celebrations, etc.).
- Deliver fresh and innovative communications using video, audio, and animation leveraging existing channels (Sociabble, MS Teams).
- Track effectiveness and adapt future communications to constantly increase engagement.
