Singulart historically created a very succesful online B2C marketplace (www.singulart.com) and is currently building a multichannel proposition, with boutiques and with a B2B2C model, where we sell artwork to interior designers. We now feel it’s the right time to bring in an exceptional CMO to take over the Brand and Growth functions.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Chief Marketing Officer to join our team . The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies that will create not only a strong brand, but a movement to bring art in every home. Our CMO will work closely with the 2 co founders of Singulart.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute the company's marketing strategy in order to acquire customers, with a specific focus on the US market where we want to acquire more than 100k new buyers each year by 2028.
Develop a strong brand identity that resonates with the target audience and differentiates the company from competitors.
Build and maintain relationships with customers, artists and partners to increase brand awareness and drive revenue growth.
Develop and manage marketing campaigns across a variety of channels, including search, display, social media, email, content marketing, retail, B2B2C and B2B.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives and messaging, particularly with our product team.
Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence.
Drive and participate to Singulart overall strategy, with a strong direct collaboration with the 2 cofounders and the Steering Committee.



Qualifications:

Minimum of 15 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that generated hypergrowth in the US market, with a focus on building a strong brand and creating category leaders.
Experience to work at early-stage / entrepreneurial stages
Self-driven personality and proven leadership skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Experience managing and mentoring a team of marketing professionals.
Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
