The Product Marketing Manager will BE responsible for developing and executing the product marketing strategy for the SINGULART platform.
Reporting directly to the VP Product, the chosen candidate will work closely with the product team to ensure that SINGULART's voice and value proposition are communicated clearly to our artists and clients at every touchpoint. This will help our clients find the artworks of their dreams, and ultimately make our artists happy !
RESPONSABILITIES :
Product Marketing
- Understand the features and benefits of our offers and products and communicate them effectively to our target audience. Make sure that all product marketing campaigns are in line with the acquisition and branding teams' strategies.
- Develop messaging and positioning for SINGULART that resonates with our target audiences.
- Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for new features launches.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and threats.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Brand and Acquisition to drive product adoption and revenue growth.
- Drive strategy of transactional emailing (automated emails supporting the user journey) in collaboration with the product, CRM, sales and artist liaison teams.
- Create product collateral and marketing assets to support the sales and artist liaison teams.
- Constantly provide the product team with creative ideas for new features dedicated to acquire new clients or increase loyalty.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of product marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
UX Copywriting
- Craft copy that enhances the user experience and effectively communicates the features and benefits of our product to our target audience. Our clients' journey towards finding a piece of art that speaks to them is often emotional, we want to make the experience as enjoyable and supportive as possible !
- Write clear, concise, and engaging copy for user interfaces, product descriptions, transactional emailing and marketing materials.
- Make sure that IT will correctly translate in all our main languages (inc. US ENG, GER).
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure consistency in tone, voice, and messaging across all touch-points.
- Collaborate with our UX researcher to make sure to understand our user needs and preferences.
- Continuously iterate and refine copy to improve the user experience and drive user adoption.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 3 to 5+ years of experience in digital product marketing (e-commerce is a plus)
- Curiosity, strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Creativity, passion for story-telling and strong writing skills
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
- Analytical skills, business-oriented and good command of digital KPIs
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
- Autonomous and problem-solver
