You will work at the head office of the Sodexo group, located in Issy-Les-Moulineaux, accessible from Paris by RER C, Tram T2 from La Défense and Porte de Versailles or metro line 12.








MISSIONS






Supports Marketing Communications plan implementation.

Global Campaign Planning (offline and online): Work with brand owners, communications and sales leaders to implement campaigns in various communication channels such as advertising, social media, email marketing, events and more.

Message Development: Crafting compelling and consistent messaging that resonates with the target audience and aligns with the brand’s values and positioning.

Content Creation: Develop content according content strategy, campaign planning and budget. This includes thought leadership content as well as campaign collaterals development and sales enablement (white papers, case studies, blogs, vlogs, videos, infographics, podcasts, infographics, LinkedIn articles, interactive presentations, online audience surveys, etc)

Works with outside vendors and internal teams.

Brand Management: Ensuring consistency in brand messaging, visual identity, and tone of voice across all marketing communication efforts.

Performance Analysis: Track progress of programs and report results to brand owners. Continually evaluate processes to optimize the effectiveness and efficiency of programs and tools designed for both the market and sales force.
Collaborate with peers to help ensure consistency of approach and integration of best practices.

PROFILE





More than 5 years of advertising, marketing/ brand/ communication/journalist
Proven experience in developing content and working with different communication channels.
Experience with digital and social media communications programs. Messaging and positioning multiple systems
Graphic design capabilities
Good writing skills, copywriting and editing
Experience with photo/video shoots, planning and editing.
Used to work with creative agencies
Strong sales acumen
Excellent communicator, collaborator and presenter
Ability to organize, analyze and report on data
Capacity to learn the food services and facility management market.
Established project management skills.
English native in both written and verbal communications.
