Online Channel Marketing Specialist
Primary focus to maximise Online sales and Online In-House-share for responsible accounts. Leading Sony’s efforts with our retail partners, as the functional expert, to maximise and optimise Sony’s Online presence during the full consumer journey (from awareness to orientation, conversion and retention).
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perfect Online Genba execution for accounts responsible regarding:
Product ramp-up (Live at launch; product reviews; new model PR, etc)
Rich content (product pictures; relevant descriptions etc)
Keyword campaign management (AMS): Plan and manage targeted Sony visibility through AMS campaigns and optimize KPI
Sell-up and basket sales opportunties
Online Marketing:
Initiate, Develop & Implement Online promotion plans together with Channel Sales management
Defining optimal promotional proposition and communication message
Defining optimal Online media plan for maximum reach and optimal conversion to achieve targeted sell-out & In-House-Share KPI’s.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:
Sony Online In-House-share, Online Sell-out, Net Sales, attachment ratio’s, ASP
Sony Online content quality and Sony share-of-voice
Campaign effectiveness and efficiency (reach, click-through, conversion, ROI)
Account budget spending (Sales Tactical, Year agreement Coop, local A&P)
PROFIL:
University Degree or equivalent in Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing
Experience in digital marketing and in online sales environment
Experience of working across a European business within multi-cultural working environment
Experience and / or understanding of consumer & business technology industry
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
English language (written and spoken)
